The system created to serve and protect failed him. The domino effect of one person’s crime going unpunished has no boundaries.
He’s no saint.
Bladen ‘Judge’ Jones rides to escape the firm hand of his past. When home is a nightmare, the unknown suddenly isn’t so frightening. Riding with his brothers, the Devil’s Due MC, is more support than he has ever had in his lifetime.
She’s not afraid to call herself a sinner.
Tamalyn Andrews is a master mixer, hiding out in a small town hick bar on the outskirts of a town for nobodies. Looking over her shoulder is something she can’t stop herself from doing. Old habits die hard.
However, danger bellies up to her bar.
Will Bladen face his own past to uncover Tamalyn’s secrets? When everything crashes around her, will Tamalyn open up to Bladen in time to save her life?
Love, hate, anger, and passion collide as the time comes, and the devil demands his due.
This is the third in an awesome series by Chelsea. Each one is unique to it’s own and Close the Tab was no different. One thing I love is this story is not your typical MC read. It makes for a refreshing series to cover the Nomad MC group and it’s Judge’s turn to make sure the devil gets his due.
Judge (Bladen) has one thing he regrets most. Not acting sooner. Not doing enough and not saving the one person worth saving in his life. He has to have a come to holy moment with himself. When he does, he realizes the Devil is calling in his marker and it’s time to get his due.
Tamalyn is just trying to survive. She is a shell of herself but knows that she has to remain strong and alert. When her senses tell her that trouble is coming, she stops at nothing to keep moving, keep strong, and keep vigilant.
I liked this story because it was different from the rest. This story moved me because of what Tamalyn had overcome. There was a vulnerability with her and tenderness with Bladen that just melted your heart. If you love Chelsea, then add Close the Tab to your reading list today.
