Valentine’s Day!!! πŸ’–πŸ’–πŸ’–πŸ’–

You dirty minded people you, I know you thought of the other big “V” 😏

Well this short story is set to give you both definitions. I’m not even sure how I stumbled upon Dani’s short story but I snatched it up and devoured it in a day. This was a really sweet story that brought two very introverted people together. Tanner the mountain man knows his roses but he doesn’t know Rose. He wants to and he plans to show her that she is the most precious Rose there is.

You will swoon over Tanner and how he muscles his way into Rose’s life to show her with actions what she means to him. Who wouldn’t want roses delivered every day. I found myself wanting more and more from this story. The characters had depth and background that I wanted to continue exploring their pasts and futures.

If you are looking for a cute valentine read then this book is for you. I gave it a 4 because I really wanted more after they got together. How was she with her issues, did any get better with time? I know Tanner accepted her but you just wonder if some things got easier.Β There were some humorous moments, swoon moments, and serious moments. With this being the first story by this author for me, I was pleasantly pleased and enjoyed the holiday treat.
Rose is a sweet young woman with a good head on her shoulders. She’s shy and has her quirks. Scared that nobody would want her she crushes on Tanner. When he comes into her life he takes it by storm.
Tanner is gruff, rough, and a giant teddy bear. He stops at nothing to show Rose that she’s his most precious rose ever.
Grab this quick holiday read and watch as two shy introverts conquer this thing called love.
